"Sizing is all over the place"
I don’t know what’s going on with the sizing, but it’s never consistent. One size fits one time, then the same size feels totally different the next. It’s frustrating...

"Nice shirt, but the packaging felt cheap"
I ordered a shirt from southerntide.com and the shirt itself was totally fine, so no complaints there. But the packaging was kind of disappointing. The mailer showed up beat up and was already halfway open, which made me nervous when I saw it. Thankfully nothing was missing or damaged, but for what these shirts cost, I expected it to be packed a little more securely. It wasn’t a huge deal, just frustrating when you’re paying that much and the package arrives looking rough.

"I only placed my order because there was..."
I only placed my order because there was a promo showing on the site, but once I got to checkout the discount just disappeared. I figured maybe it was a glitch, so I tried the code from their email too, and that one also came back as not valid.

I contacted customer service and it felt like nobody even read what I wrote. They just sent back a generic response, and by the time anything could’ve been fixed, the sale was over. Really frustrating and felt kind of bait-and-switch. 1 star.

"Looks nice, but not soft"
I kind of assumed that for the price, the fabric would be soft and comfortable, but I was wrong. It feels rough, and I kept thinking maybe one wash would fix it because that usually helps with some fabrics. Nope, still not comfy. I’m disappointed and probably won’t order from here again.

I really liked this shirt when I first got it — the fit was good and it looked nice with a lot of outfits. Unfortunately, after a few washes, the seams started getting loose and the color faded more than I expected. It’s not a terrible shirt, but for the price, I was hoping it would last a bit longer.

I wasn’t really into the website design. It feels kind of cluttered and dated, like there’s a lot happening on the page but somehow it’s still hard to find what you’re looking for??

The clothing photos are fine, but the overall layout makes browsing feel more annoying than it should. The menus don’t feel very clean or easy to use, so I ended up giving up quickly??

"Not sure what happened with this shirt??"
I ordered a shirt from Southern Tide i’m kind of confused?? It feels way rougher and stiffer than I expected, especially for the price. The fit is odd too, tight in some places but loose in others. I really thought it would be soft and comfortable, but I don’t even feel like wearing it.

"Shipping took way too long"
I ordered from southerntide.com thinking it would show up quickly, but it just sat there with no real updates for more than a week. I reached out to customer service and they were polite, but they basically just repeated the same tracking info I already had, which felt kind of unnecessary. The items might be nice, but the slow shipping really put me off...

"Returning it was way more annoying than it should’ve been"
I thought the exchange would be simple, but wow, it dragged on forever. I kept thinking, “Okay, surely someone will help me sort this out now,” but that never really happened. It felt like I was just getting passed around with no clear answers. Super frustrating experience overall.

"Good clothes, but the website needs some work"
I really like the clothes and the site does look nice, but it’s more frustrating to use than it should be. Pages loaded slowly for me, and the filters kept resetting whenever I went back, which got annoying fast. Checkout on mobile also felt a bit clunky. It’s not a terrible shopping experience, but for a store with nice products, I expected it to be smoother.

"Did anyone else think the color looked different?"
I was kind of surprised when it arrived because the color looked way darker in person than it did in the online photo. Maybe it’s just me, but I really don’t think it matched what was shown

I think I may have been sent the wrong items in my order. The size and color don't match what I ordered, and I haven't really gotten any help with it yet. Hopefully it can be sorted out soon

I ordered this weeks ago and at first the tracking looked normal, then it just stopped updating. I reached out to support a couple times and they kept telling me to wait a few more days, but nothing ever changed. Frustrating because I still havent received anything.

"Nice at first, but it shrank right away"
I really liked this when it first arrived, and the fabric still feels nice. But I washed it exactly how the tag said to, and it shrunk a lot after just one wash. The fit went from good to kind of awkward, which is frustrating. I don’t totally hate it, but for the price I expected it to hold up better

"I tried to grab a few shirts..."
I tried to grab a few shirts, but almost every size I wanted was out of stock. It felt like I showed up after a huge crowd had already cleaned the place out. Frustrating to see all these items listed when you can’t actually order them.

I’ve been waiting weeks for my refund, and it’s getting frustrating. I understand delays can happen, but at this point I’d really expect some kind of apology or at least a clear update on when I’ll actually get my money back

The clothes are fine, I guess, but the prices feel way too high for what you’re getting. I figured they’d be much better quality for the money. Seems like every store now charges a ton for stuff that’s just okay.
